Oooh I do love it when day light savings kicks in. To me it means any day now, summer is going to arrive - my absolute favourite time of the year. Here we are just two days into daylight savings and my spirits have already lifted. When I walked into our living room tonight for dinner, the sun was just streaming in and as I sat down to the table, I looked out over the water and enjoyed watching the sun slowly sinking as I ate my dinner - something I haven't done for a very long time. During the winter months, I look at the drawn curtains as the sun has already disappeared, but not now.
